Jalpa attended Gujarat University in India and graduated with distinction in 2018. Jalpa has developed her clinical experience in a variety of settings, including private orthopaedic and sports rehab clinics, acute hospital care, and postoperative care.
She is skilled in treating chronic and acute pain and disability with manual therapy, exercise and rehab protocols, myofascial and active release techniques, and alternative therapies like kinesiotaping, dry needling, and cupping methods.
Being a former athlete, she has a special interest in sports rehabilitation and prehab for injury prevention, in addition to treating people who suffer from other common work-related injuries. She believes in the importance of a patient-centred approach to care, emphasizing hands-on intervention, individualized exercise prescription, and ongoing education to best help her patients reach their full potential.
Outside of the clinic, Jalpa enjoys doing yoga, being outdoors, and travelling.
