Biography

Olivia Garay graduated with her Masters in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa in 2016. She has bachelor's degrees in Psychology from the University of Toronto and in Kinesiology from York University.

Olivia values a holistic approach in developing your treatment plan, taking into account the physical, mental, and emotional contributors to your health. She believes passionately that patient education is the key to long-term success, and will work with you to implement home exercises and self-care strategies which fit with your lifestyle in order to complement the treatments you receive in the clinic.

Olivia is one of our Senior Associate therapists, with extensive training in acupuncture, concussion management, and manual therapy. She is a certified provider of our Runner's Program.

Outside of the clinic, you might spot Olivia at a local trail race or triathlon, taking in a yoga class, skating on the Canal or cross country skiing! She is a two-time full Ironman finisher.
