Phany Phang is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. She has committed her career to the well-being of others and to assisting her clients in recovering from physical trauma.
Phany believes that massage is a natural way to reduce stress and loosen muscle tension. By doing this, it encourages blood flow to all areas of the body by improving and benefiting health.
Her career commenced immediately upon graduation as she was eager to begin helping people to improve their lives. Phany coaches and educates her clients on self-care and remedial exercises; she provides general relaxation and therapeutic massages.
Phany's focus is a well-rounded therapeutic based approach which she uses to pin-point problem areas. She applies various techniques including myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point release, lymphatic drainage and Swedish massage to create a balanced treatment that fits her clients' needs.
For most people, massage therapy is an important part of a specific medical treatment plan to help them return to daily activities. The benefits include improved circulation, decreased joint inflammation, better quality of sleep, improved flexibility and a strengthened immune system.
Phany takes great pride in the services she offers and finds her work tremendously rewarding, especially when she sees her clients benefit and improve by the therapy she provides.
