Tristan is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Algonquin College. Prior to pursuing massage therapy, he completed the Occupational Therapy Assistant/Physiotherapy Assistant program, giving him a strong foundation in rehabilitation and movement-based care.
Tristan is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and inclusive environment for every client. He is passionate about helping individuals reduce pain, restore function, and improve overall quality of life. His approach focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of dysfunction rather than simply managing symptoms.
He has experience working with a wide range of clients?from children to older adults, and from high-level athletes to weekend warriors and those with more sedentary lifestyles.
Tristan incorporates a variety of techniques into his treatments, with a strong emphasis on active, results-driven approaches such as Rapid NeuroFascial Reset (NFR). He has completed extensive training in Rapid NFR, including upper and lower extremity, core, Rapid 4, advanced knee, and TAC (Trauma, ANS, and concussion).
In addition, he utilizes Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, stretching, PNF, and joint mobilizations. He is also certified in cupping, Graston Technique (IASTM), and Fascial Stretch Therapy (Level 1).
Clients can expect a collaborative approach when working with Tristan, including personalized exercise and stretching programs. He strongly believes that combining manual therapy with movement-based rehabilitation leads to the best outcomes. Education is a key part of his practice, and he takes the time to help clients understand the causes of their pain and the purpose behind each treatment.
Outside of the clinic, Tristan enjoys staying active through volleyball, basketball, and weightlifting. He?s also an avid NBA fan, values time with family and friends, and even enjoys teaching his cats new tricks.
